Information on the processing of personal data

pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter "the Regulation").

Scope of personal data processed:

The following personal data will be processed: name and surname, postal address, e-mail address and telephone contact.

Legal reason for processing personal data:

The legal reason for processing your personal data is your consent granted to the administrator in the sense of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) Regulation.

You are not obliged to provide personal data. You can revoke the consent to the processing of your personal data at any time (see section "Your rights related to the processing of personal data").

Purpose of personal data processing:

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • offers of our goods and services - sending business messages (including messages based on automated processing of personal data, including profiling).

Method of personal data processing:

Personal data can be processed automatically or manually. In connection with the processing of personal data for the above purposes, you may be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling (by profiling in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 (4)) of the Regulation. "Processing of personal data consisting in their use to assess certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or estimate aspects relating to his / her performance, economic situation, state of health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, place, where it is located or movement. ". When profiling, the administrator uses personal information to tailor the site and business communications to your preferences and needs based on your previous activities on the site.

Recipients and processors of personal data:

The recipients of your personal data will be the persons providing the tools for the purpose of targeting or improving the quality of our services.

The recipients of your personal data are specified in the appendix to this document.

Your personal data may be provided by the administrator to entities providing sufficient guarantees for the protection of your personal data, which the administrator has entrusted on the basis of a written contract with the processing of personal data (ie processors). Processors are the entities listed in the appendix to this document.

Transfer of personal data:

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country outside the European Union or an international organization.

Personal data storage time:

Your personal data will be stored by the administrator for a period of ten years, but no longer than until your consent to the processing of personal data is revoked.

Your rights related to the processing of personal data:

The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes set out above at any time, as well as the right to withdraw your consent to profiling. You may do so by means of a signed written notice sent to the postal address or contact email of the administrator mentioned above. Withdrawal of any of your consent does not affect the processing of personal data prior to its revocation.

Right of access to personal data:

You have the right to obtain confirmation from the administrator whether or not your personal data is processed by the administrator. If your personal data is processed, you also have the right to access it together with the following information about:

  •     processing purposes
  •     categories of personal data concerned
  •     recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed
  •     the planned period for which the personal data will be stored or, if this cannot be determined, the criteria used to determine this period
  •     the existence of the right to request from the controller the correction or deletion of personal data, restrictions on their processing or the right to object to such processing
  •     the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority
  •     all available information about the source of the personal data
  •     whether there is an automated decision, including profiling, on the procedure used as well as the significance
  •     and the expected consequences of such processing.

The administrator will provide you with a copy of the processed personal data. The controller may charge a reasonable fee for additional copies at the request of the data subject, based on administrative costs.

Right to repair

You have the right to have the administrator correct inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you also have the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.

Right of erasure ("right to be forgotten")

You have the right for the administrator to delete personal data concerning you without undue delay if one of the following reasons exists:

  •     personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed
  •     you have withdrawn the consent on the basis of which the data referred to in Article 6 (1) (a) were a) Regulations processed, and there is no other legal reason for processing
  •     you have raised objections to the processing under Article 21 (2) of the Regulation (see point "Right to object")
  •     personal data has been processed illegally
  •     personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation laid down in Union or Member State law which applies to the controller;
  •     personal data have been collected in connection with the offer of information society services pursuant to Article 8 (1) of the Regulation.

The right of erasure does not apply if there is an exception under the Regulation or the law, especially because the processing of personal data is necessary for:

  •     compliance with a legal obligation requiring processing under the law of the European Union or the Member State applicable to the controller
  •     for the determination, exercise or defense of legal claims.

The right to restrict processing

You have the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data in any of the following cases:

  •     if you deny the accuracy of the personal data processed, the processing will be limited to the time necessary for the administrator to verify the accuracy of the personal data
  •     illegal processing and you refuse to delete the personal data and ask instead to restrict their use
  •     the controller no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but you request them to determine, enforce or defend legal claims.

If the processing has been restricted, personal data, with the exception of their storage, may only be processed with your consent, or for the purpose of determining, enforcing or defending legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of overriding public interest of the European Union. or a Member State.

Right to object:

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, which includes profiling.

Right to data portability:

You have the right for the controller to transfer your personal data processed automatically with your consent to another controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to have personal data transferred directly by one controller to the controller, if technically feasible.

Method of providing information:

The administrator provides the information in writing in paper form. If you contact the administrator electronically to his email address, the information will be provided to you electronically, unless you request it in paper form.
